Law Lecture Series of SK Sinha at UAP

 

The Law Lecture Series of the Department of Law and Human Rights (L&HR) University of Asia Pacific (UAP) was held at the Business Administration Department on Monday, December 15, 2014.

Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha, Appellate Division, Supreme Court of Bangladesh delivered his lecture as chief guest while Professor Jamilur Reza Choudhury, Honorable Vice-Chancellor the University chaired the programme.

Organized by L&HR department of UAP, convener of the function Dr. Choudhury Ishrak Ahmed Siddiky and Chairman of the department Dr. A. N. M Atahar Ali addressed the programe.

In his inaugural speech, Surendra Kumar Sinha discussed over the different dimensions of law and its implementation. In a question-hour period, Mr. Sinha said, our evidence is totally silence so it so the law should be modernized.

Among others, Pro VC Dr. M. R. Kabir, faculties, students and journlalists were present the programme.
